Matey and Sri Galloway are pleased to be able to offer function catering for club members this year.

The club is able to cater for up to 100 people for a sit down buffet meal or up to 160 people with a finger food menu.

1st course

A choice of:

§         Succulent Roast beef served with a mango and dill sauce

§         Roast pork with apple and mango sauce

§         Roast Lamb with a mint gravy

§         Marinate chicken breast served with the mango and dill sauce

For in-house catering, all quotations include preparation, serving needs and cleaning up the food areas after the function. The guarantee is that there will be ample food for the number catered for. Tablecloths, serviettes, and plates will be supplied.

 

The finger food option is based on Buffet style.

 

Continuous servicing is available at an extra cost of $2 per head to cover additional staff required. Continuos service means staff will carry platters of food around at set intervals throughout a 2 hour period (Previously agreed time)

 

The Buffet menu is based on a buffet style.

 

Items on both menus can be substituted with something/s of your own choosing.

 

Catering away from Mitchell Park facilities may require hiring necessary cooking equipment and eating utensils which would be an additional cost. I will assess your venue and advise what is required.

 

Mitchell park facilities are available for private functions. This can be negotiated with the MP committee.

 

Terms and conditions:

1.      Numbers and menu to be confirmed a week before the function is to take place

2.      At least 50% payable a week before the function is to take place – Cash please, so I can start purchasing some of the stuff required to prepare.

3.      The balance payable on the night.
